Our 60-minute Kickboxing FIT class is the best workout in the area! In this class you will learn the fundamental techniques of Kickboxing & Boxing alongside receiving a full-body workout that incorporates a wide variety of fitness aspects including cardio, strength, endurance, speed, balance, flexibility and more.
