Junior Kickboxing &
Our Junior program is for all kids ages 6 - 8 years old to come and try. We offer both Kickboxing & Jiu-Jitsu in this introductory program to help chidlren to learn self-defense, self-control and motivation to work hard. This class uses basic boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and Judo techniques to show kids a fun way to work out and stay in shape while also learning fundamental fitness exercises. We help our students build patience, confidence, teamwork and leaderships skills, developing respect for them selves and others.
