Junior kickboxing is a program for all kids ages 5 - 8 years old to come and try. Junior kickboxing introduces kids to self-defense, self-control and motivation to work hard. This class uses basic boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques to show kids a fun way to work out and stay in shape while also learning fundamental fitness exercises. We help our students build patience, confidence, teamwork and leaderships skills, developing respect for them selves and others.
