The Ladies Only Kickboxing class is a fun and exciting way to get in the best shape of your life! This class will help you to increase energy levels, lower stress, gain confidence, increase body tone and shred off unwanted weight! The workouts incorporate realistic and fundamental kickboxing techniques mixed full-body exercises that develop a wide variety of fitness aspects including cardio, strength, power, endurance, speed, balance, flexibility and more! The program also provides the participants with basic self-defense techniques and knowledge to defend themselves practically if ever needed. The Ladies only program offers privacy, 1-on-1 time to get extra help from the instructor and full use of the facilities.
