Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense system that focuses on ground fighting, takedowns, throws and submission holds. Training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will teach you to focus on technique and leverage to overcome strength and speed.
