Youth Boxing is a program for ages 10 + years old to come and try. Students will learn fundamental Boxing techniques including proper stance, footwork, defense and offensive techniques in a safe and controlled environment. This class teaches students a fun and motivating way to work out and stay in shape while also learning fundamental fitness exercises. We help our students build patience, confidence, teamwork and leaderships skills, developing respect for them selves and others.
